Account Manager


Main duties will include:

• Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned clients
• Develop and maintain, strong long-term relationships with clients
• Keep clients informed of learner progress through regular reports/meetings
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Keep up to date with client business needs, structure changes
• Work with BePro team members to provide a great service, resolving any issues in a timely manner
• Advise clients of any new apprenticeship programmes
• Provide information sessions to clients/potential learners
• Support the Head of Client Engagement where required

This is an office based role working alongside the admin team. As well as your main duties you may be required to support with additional office tasks.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a sales, business development or employer engagement role
• A driving license is essential as occasional travel to employers may be required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships
• Ability to manage own diary and workload
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office
