Apprenticeship Administrator

£18,000-20,000 per annum (depending on experience)

- Process enrolment and onboarding paperwork
- Use several CRM and bespoke systems to collect and update
- Process learners for End Point Assessment
- To answer incoming calls from learners providing support for
systems on a daily basis
- Register learners with the relevant awarding body (Functional
- Coordination of Functional Skills examinations
- To provide any other admin support that is required by the
management team

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of administration
- Proficiency in MS Office programmes
- Flexible and a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- A quick learner and highly organised
- Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands,
prioritising workload, and tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and maths
- Level 3 qualification in administration or similar
