£400 per day plus expenses (tax free)

Essential Criteria

- CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum
- Previous delivery and assessment of the new CIPD qualifications (March 2021) at level 3 and 5
- Proven track record of engaging delivery
- Provide high quality constructive feedback
- An ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Well organised and self-reliant
- Is personable and engaging
- Commitment to high professional and personal standards of work and of conduct

Desirable criteria

- Experience of delivering in the Middle East
- Experience of marking assignments written by learners who speak English as a second language

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Deliver face to face workshops to small groups of learners, block delivery Sunday to Thursday
- Support candidates with constructive feedback and guidance to aid their progression
