END POINT ASSESSMENT COACH

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meeting with learners virtually and in person to support their transition from learning through to Gateway.
• Providing support to Development Coaches to ensure completion of pre gateway requirements
• Supporting learners with preparation to complete mock assessments
• Managing and updating EPAO portals
• Engaging with End Point Assessment organisations
• Maintaining learner engagement and being the BePro contact for learners and their managers during the EPA
• Communication of outcomes with learners and BePro team
• Providing data for reporting purposes
• Working with programme leads in relation to EPA requirements
• Following all BePro’ s quality processes and procedures
• Working effectively as part of the team

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• An engaging communication style and able to build authentic and collaborative relationships
• Ability to work largely remotely with occasional travel
• Strong organisational / administration skills
• Flexibility
• Ability to manage own diary
• Punctuality and professionalism
• Willingness to learn, develop and progress.
• Previous assessing experience of apprentices on apprenticeship standards
• At least 1 years experience of end point assessment

DESIREABLE CRITERIA
• Previous assessing experience with apprentices up to level 7
• Teaching/assessor qualifications
• Maths and English level 2 or equivalent
