Head of Compliance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and drive the quality strategy and continuous improvement plan
• Maintain and update policies and procedures relating to our provision
• Manage a team of Learner Experience Managers
• Own and develop the company SAR and QIP
• Ensure the learner experience is robust and compliant, in accordance with the ESFA funding rules
• Take overall responsibility for ensuring learner progress is satisfactory, and address any areas for development
• Develop and drive the stakeholder feedback system to ensure customer satisfaction levels are achieved and maintained
• Ensure Bud system is robust and compliant
• OSFTED nominee and lead in the case of an ESFA audit

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience of working in a senior compliance role for more than 2 years
• Experience of being the OFSTED nominee
• Expert knowledge of the apprenticeship levy, apprenticeship standards and the ESFA funding rules
• Proven track record of successfully monitoring compliance within a training provider
• Experience of using ePortfolio (preferably Bud Systems)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 1 years’ experience of managing people
•The ability to manage and lead through change
