Head of Delivery

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Line management of a team of professional qualification tutors

To enable tutors and associate tutors to be engaging and dynamic in their delivery style

Ensure tutors and associate tutors are focussed on their own CPD and up to date in their subject

Ensure that tutors and associate tutors are up to date in emerging thinking and best practice

Carry out regular workshop delivery observations and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Work with programme leads to design, develop and update engaging curriculums

Liaise with the curriculum team to ensure lessons are planned in line with curriculums

Drive a delivery evaluation strategy to ensure high quality deliver is maintained

Deliver workshops when required

Participate in tenders when required

Create and deliver presentations to employers

Complete curriculum reviews with employers

Create bespoke curriculums for closed cohorts

Work closely with the quality team to identify areas for improvement within the delivery team

Lead contact with awarding bodies



ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

An engaging communication style and able to build and collaborative relationships

Ability to work largely remotely with occasional travel

Strong organisational / managerial / administration skills

Teaching qualification at least level 5

Minimum 5 years of training delivery

Experience of improving training delivery

Experience of working with awarding bodies

Experience of designing engaging curriculums

Good knowledge of apprenticeships and funding rules

Working knowledge of all subjects offered by BePro
