HR Apprenticeship Development Coach

Duties include:

Inducting learners on to their apprenticeship programme
Meeting with learners (virtually) to provide support and coaching in HR subjects
Assessing learners competence through a variety of methods
Assessing products of work and providing feedback
Progress reviews and assessment planning

You must have:

At least two years experience of working in apprenticeships
Good knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards
At least 3 years experience working in an HR or Management role
Exellent time keeping and organisational skills
Excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office and Video Calling software such as Teams, Zoom etc
