HR Apprenticeship Tutor/Coach - ongoing vacancy

£32,000-£35,000 per year

Duties include:

Inducting learners on to the apprenticeship programme
Meeting with learners (virtually mostly) to provide support and coaching in HR subjects
Assessing learners through a variety of methods
Assessing products of work and providing feedback
Progress reviews and assessment planning

You must have:

A level 5 Management or HR qualification
At least two years experience of delivering apprenticeships
Good knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards
Exellent time keeping and organisational skills
Excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office and Video Calling software such as Teams, Zoom etc
