HR Apprenticeship Tutor/Coach


Duties include:

Inducting learners on to the apprenticeship programme
Meeting with learners (virtually mostly) to deliver training and coaching
Assessing learners through a variety of methods
Assessing products of work and providing feedback
Progress reviews and assessment planning
Eventual delivery of CIPD workshops

Essential Criteria

CIPD HR qualified at least to level 5


Excellent organisational skills

Delivery of training to at least level 5

At least 3 years of senior HR experience

Desirable Criteria

Knowledge of apprenticeships

Assessor qualifications
