Onboarding Administrator

£23-24,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responding to emails

Answering the telephone

Dealing with onboarding enquiries

Supporting the onboarding co-ordinator

Compiling reports

Setting up accounts on learner platforms

Liaising with the Development Coach and Functional Skills teams

Communicating with learners and employers

Working closely with the Customer Engagement Team

Keeping track of a learner onboarding journey



ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel

Excellent customer service skills

An engaging communication style

Excellent organisational skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Willingness to learn and adaptable to an ever changing environment

High levels of attention to detail

Punctuality and professionalism



DESIRABLE CRITERIA

Maths and English Level 2 qualification or equivalent

Previous experience in an office based admin role

Experience of apprenticeships
