Online On-Demand Tutor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintaining contact with learners on a fortnightly basis to ensure they are on track for timely achievements
· Actively encouraging learner progress and engagement
· Providing additional resources to learners for each module
· Providing 1:1 tutorials to learners
· Ensuring resources and content are up to date and fit for purpose
· Marking of assignment submissions and providing developmental feedback
· Completing appropriate paperwork to agreed timescales
· Ensuring the learning journey is on track and learning is being completed to planned timescales
· Adhering to Awarding Body requirements
· Following all BePro’s quality processes and procedures
· Working effectively as part of the team
· Reporting progress as and when required


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

· L7 CIPD qualified (or equivalent) or working towards L7
· Teaching/assessor qualifications
· Experience in assessing and marking assignment submissions
· Flexibility and adaptable to change
· Positive with a can do attitude
· Willingness to learn, develop and progress
· Teaching experience in EITHER Management, Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, Training, Education or Coaching
· Engaging and dynamic in delivery style
· Ability to build authentic and collaborative relationships
· Ability to work largely remotely with occasional travel
· Strong organisational / administration skills


DESIREABLE CRITERIA

· Experience in delivery of CIPD qualifications up to Level 7
· Maths and English level 2 or equivalent
