We are looking for a Qualifications Administrator to join our team based at Stockton on Tees on a full time basis.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responding to emails

Answering the telephone

Dealing with learner enquiries

Supporting the Centre Manager

Compiling reports

Setting up accounts on learner platforms

Liaising with the delivery team

Communicating with learners

Workshop administration

Awarding body registrations

Supporting the external verification process 


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel

Excellent customer service skills

An engaging communication style

Excellent organisational skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Willingness to learn and adaptable to an ever changing environment

High levels of attention to detail

Punctuality and professionalism

Previous experience in an office based admin role


DESIRABLE CRITERIA

Maths and English Level 2 qualification or equivalent

Experience of working with awarding bodies

Knowledge of apprenticeships
