Senior People Professional

There is no requirement for previous assessing experience as full training and support is provided, but good knowledge of apprenticeships is a must. A desire to work on a one-to-one basis with apprentices to support them through their learning journey to become a Senior People Professional is a prerequisite.


Travel may be required occasionally and travel expenses will be paid. There may be a requirement to work outside of normal working hours (early evening) on occasions to support shift workers. We use intelligent IT systems to support you in your assessment, all learning is pre-mapped, and activities are designed by subject matter experts.


Duties include:
Inducting learners on to the apprenticeship programme
Meeting with learners virtually to assess knowledge skills and behaviours through a variety of methods and providing feedback timeously
Completing progress reviews with learners and line managers within timescales specified
Ensuring the learning journey is on track and learning is being completed to timescales.
Following all BePro’ s policies, processes and procedures
Working effectively as part of the team
Reporting progress as and when required.

Essential Criteria

Be qualified to at least level 5 in a relevant subject
Flexibility
Excellent organisational skills
Willingness to learn, develop and progress.
At least 5 years’ experience in a senior Management, HRM or Learning and Development
Maths and English at Level 2
Willingness to study towards a level 7 Advanced Diploma if not already qualified to level 7

A level 7 in HR/L&D
CIPD Chartered membership
