Our Entry to HR Skills Bootcamp is designed for those looking to upskill their existing staff with essential people practice skills.
It focuses on teaching the knowledge and skills required to gain and develop a role working within HR.
The bootcamp is delivered via online training sessions, which take place part-time and during evenings to suit you and your team's busy schedule.
This Entry to HR skills bootcamp is open to anyone over the age of 19.

Overview
The Enrty to HR Skills Bootcamp has been designed to build the knowledge and skills needed to start a career in HR.
The individual will study four core modules covering business, culture and change in context, principles of analytics, core behaviours for people professionals and the essentials of people practice.
On completion of the Skills Bootcamp, learners will become a Foundation Member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) and gain an industry recognised CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
