Our recommended method of delivery is through attending local classroom based workshops which are held throughout the country. These workshops allow apprentices to learn from other professionals in an independent environment, sharing their experiences and examples of best practice.

Alongside the CIPD qualification, apprentices will receive workplace visits; this will involve a number of assessment methods including observations, professional discussion, questioning and viewing products of work as well as speaking with peers and line managers.
