Account Manager
£25,000 per annum + uncapped commission earnings
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working effectively and positively with clients to build relationships and ensure future business
- Manage the portfolio of current employer accounts ensuring excellent service delivery
- Meet with Clients regularly providing accurate and timely progress reports
- Growing new business with current clients by regular contact and providing up to date information to promote workforce development through apprenticeships from Level 3 to Level 7
- To liaise effectively and positively with Learner Experience Managers sharing information
- Working with Learner Engagement Managers and Contract Managers to reduce learner withdrawals
and breaks in learning wherever possible
- Taking responsibility for contacting any new enquiries to provide them with information about our
programmes
- Working closely with Learner Engagement Managers to resolve complaints or concerns in a timely
manner
- Provide information monthly on new starts
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- An engaging communication style and able to build authentic and collaborative relationships with
- A great listener, matching your approach to employer requirements and values, and able to understand
what employers need
- Knowledge of the Apprenticeship Levy
- Ability to work largely remotely with occasional travel
