CIPD Associate Diploma in
Organisationa Learning and Development
Overview
This qualification is designed for individuals with some L&D experience already who want to progress into a management role. You will gain theoretical knowledge to equip you with a good level of L&D expertise. You will study cored subjects that include organisational performance and culture in practice, evidence-based practice and professional behaviours and valuing people.
Specialist subjects include supporting self-directed and social learning, learning and development design to create value and facilitate personalised and performance focused learning and you will choose an optional unit from a selection including specialist employment law and advances in digital learning and development.
We currently offer online learning via two routes - live webinars with other L&D professionals, or on-demand self study. The live online webinars take place once every 3 weeks in 3 hourly sessions with a qualified tutor in an online classroom of up to 25 learners. We have several start dates throughout the year, please get in touch for the next start date.
Upon completion of the course you will become an Associate member of the CIPD.
