This qualification is perfect for you if you want to develop your personal effectiveness and business acumen in a senior people focused role. You’ll learn how to design and manage your own strategy, enhance people management skills – and learn how best to lead. We will show you how to:

• Gain specialist People Management skills in strategic employment relations, talent management to sustain success and strategic reward management
• Strengthen your autonomy and judgement so that you can lead and direct your organisation’s People
Management strategy
You will have the option of studying the Advanced Diploma at live online workshops or on demand self study. Specialist tutors qualified already to level 7 with extensive industry experience and chartered membership of the CIPD will guide you through the units, with expert guest tutors still working in industry in senior people roles, from some of the countries largest organisations.
Successfully completing this course will allow you to apply for Chartered Membership of the CIPD.
