We are looking for an experienced administrator to join the team at our Head Office in Stokesley. You will form part of the office team, taking responsibility for aspects of administrative support for BePro’s apprenticeship and qualification provision , ensuring that services are efficient, effective and adapt to changing circumstances.

This is a busy and varied role which requires excellent communication skills, to ensure cooperation and compliance. You must be able to work to tight deadlines on your own initiative and have the ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly.

BePro are a leading apprenticeship and commercial training provider delivering programmes throughout the country. We offer apprenticeships and commercial courses in HR, L&D, Coaching, and Management, at levels 3, 5 and 7. Our head office is in North Yorkshire, and we operate on a national basis with a large team of remote workers. Due to further growth of the business, we are looking for an experienced L&D Professional to assist us in our apprenticeship delivery, developing those in L&D into more senior roles through knowledge delivery and coaching.

The ideal candidate (s) will have several years of experience within a high level L&D role and will be qualified to at least level 5. There is no requirement for previous apprenticeship experience as full training and support is provided but this would be an advantage. A desire to work on both a group and one-to-one basis with apprentices to support them through their learning journey is a prerequisite.

The position offers flexible working and will be home based. We use intelligent IT systems to support you in your assessment, all learning is pre-mapped, and activities are designed as pick and mix to suit the learner. This position would suit an individual wanting to work 3 days or more per week.

Development opportunities are available to the right candidate including completing the Level 7 CIPD Advanced Diploma or a teaching qualification.

CIPD Tutor

£35-45 per hour depending on level
