We are looking for an Administrative Support to join our team based at Stockton on Tees on a full time basis. You will form part of the office team, taking responsibility for all aspects of administrative support for BePro , ensuring services are efficient, effective and adapt to changing circumstances.
This is a busy and varied role which requires excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be able to work to tight deadlines on your own initiative and have the ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to emails
- Answering the telephone
- Dealing with learner enquiries
- Compiling reports
- Setting up accounts on learner platforms
- Liaising with the delivery team
- Communicating with learners
- Onboarding / delivery administration
- Awarding body registrations
- Supporting the external verification process
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- An engaging communication style
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adaptable to an ever changing environment
- High levels of attention to detail
- Punctuality and professionalism
- Previous experience in an office based admin role
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Maths and English Level 2 qualification or equivalent
- Experience of working with awarding bodies
- Knowledge of apprenticeships
