Overview
The Foundation Certificate in People Practice is aimed at those entering the people profession and provides an excellent base knowledge to build on. It is perfect for those new to a people focused role or wanting to break into the sector.
You will study 4 core modules, covering business, culture and change in context, principles of analytics, core behaviours for people professionals and essentials of people practice.
We currently offer online learning via two routes - live webinars with other HR professionals, or on-demand self study. The live online webinars take place once every 4 weeks in 3 hourly sessions with a qualified tutor in an online classroom of up to 25 learners. We have several start dates throughout the year, please get in touch for the next start date.
Upon completion of the course you will become an Associate member of the CIPD and progress onto an Associate Diploma in People Management or Organisational Learning and Development.
