L&D Professional
£33-40k per annum pro rata
Duties include:
Meeting with learners virtually to deliver group CIPD workshops
Coaching learners to become L&D professionals using your knowledge and experience
Facilitating group knowledge sharing sessions
Meeting virtually with learners on a 1:1 basis to complete progress reviews within timescales specified
Ensuring the learning journey is on track and learning is being completed to timescales.
Supporting the apprentice throughout the journey to the End Point Assessment
Following all BePro’ s quality processes and procedures
Working effectively as part of the team
Reporting progress as and when required.
Maintaining professionalism at all times
Essential Criteria
Flexibility
Excellent organisational skills
Willingness to learn, develop and progress.
At least 5 years’ experience in a senior L&D role
A Level 5 qualification in L&D or HR
Desirable Criteria
A Level 7 qualification in HR or L&D
Previous assessing experience
Teaching/assessor qualifications
Maths and English level 2 or equivalent
The position will suit an individual with excellent organisational skills as managing own diary is essential. Punctuality and professionalism is essential as you will be working with some of the largest employers in the UK. Candidates can be flexible with regard to hours although this must generally cover office hours. Some evening work may be required occasionally for apprentices who are shift workers.
