The foundation level CIPD HR qualifications are suitable for those who want to get into an HR role and have no HR qualifications already. There are no formal entry requirements, however it is useful to possess at least a level 2 in an academic subject or work in an HR role. We include topics such as employment relations, performance management and recruitment and selection within the foundation qualifications. You will gain a good practical knowledge of the general HR function.

To study the Foundation Certificate in People Practice you will need to complete 4 core modules of study which are:

• Business, culture and change in context
• Principles of analytics
• Core behaviours for people professionals
• Essentials of people practice.

Each module will be assessed with a written assignment.
Currently all classes are online live and you will study alongside other aspiring HR professionals.

The cost of the course is £1600+VAT inclusive of CIPD registration and all course materials, however candidates will need to become a member of the CIPD. This is a separate cost payable directly to the CIPD and is £140 for the year. If you are self-funding the course you can take advantage of our interest-free monthly direct debit option.

We also offer delivery in-house to employees on an extremely flexible basis such as block or weekly sessions and can tailor the qualification to suit your organisational requirements.
