Our Entry to HR Skills Bootcamp is designed for those looking to progress in a career in HR. It focuses on teaching the knowledge and skills required to gain a full time position as a People Professional.
No existing knowledge or skills are necessary to join and the course is completely free for all learners.
Not only will you complete the Level 3 CIPD Foundation Certificate in Human Resources, but you will also acquire essential skills from our career support team that will help you to find your perfect job on completion.
We offer a variety of study options, including 3 weeks full time or 10 weeks part time, in a number of locations throughout the country.
Our Entry to HR course is open to anyone over the age of 19.

Overview
The programme will build the knowledge and skills needed to develop in a career in HR. You will study 4 core modules covering business culture and change in context, principles of analytics, core behaviours for people professionals and essentials of people practice.

This programme will include the industry recognised qualification 'CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice' that employers are looking for.
On completion of the course you will become an Associate Member of the CIPD.

You will also develop soft skills including communication, collaborative working, problem-solving and working to deadlines as part of this programme.
Best of all, if you are not currently employed we will help you to find a job in HR upon completion of the course!
