Lucy is BePro's longest serving employee, starting as an HR apprentice and quickly showing her skills for coordinating operations within the qualifications side of the business.

After spending a couple of years as qualification coordinator, Lucy has now become the in-house expert in all things CIPD and CMI and now manages the centre's qualifications.
