A coach can be found in private, public and third sector national and multinational organisations and employers. Coaches will work with a wide range of individuals and teams across the organisation, to empower and engage with them to enhance their professional performance.
Learning and Development Consultant/Partner Apprenticeship
A learning and development consultant/business partner is accountable for ensuring learning and development contributes to, and influences, improved performance in the workplace at an individual, team and organisation level. They also have the commercial responsibility to align learning needs with the strategic ambitions and objectives of the business.
Level 3 in Principles of Management and Leadership
This is a brand new qualification from the CMI. The Level 3 qualifications in Principles of Management and Leadership are aimed at practising or aspiring managers who will supervise or manage a team to achieve clearly defined outcomes.
Senior People Professional Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship is suitable for Senior HR professionals and Senior L&D professionals, and the apprentice will be expected to meet a number of core occupational standards before they choose their professional duties according to job role. The apprentice will have the option to study the Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management or the Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development for NO additional cost.
CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development
This qualification replaces the Advanced Diploma in L&D and is now available. This qualification is perfect for you if you want to develop your personal effectiveness and business acumen. You’ll learn how to design and manage your own strategy, enhance people management skills – and learn how best to lead in an L&D focused role.
CIPD Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development
This qualification is suitable for those who already possess a level 3 academic qualification and work in an L&D role, or have a bachelor level qualification and would like to get into an L&D role.
CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice
The Foundation Certificate in People Practice replace both the previous CIPD HR and L&D level 3 qualifications. This qualification is available from March 2021 and we have 100% online and classroom based options available (once it is safe to do so). Study during the day or on an evening.
Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship
Apprentices without level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this prior to the end-point assessment. As part of this apprenticeship, learners will study towards a CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
Level 5 in Management and Leadership
The Level 5 qualifications in Management and Leadership are designed for practising middle managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their core management skills.
Operations Manager/ Departmental Manager
This programme is aimed at practicing managers and leaders who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. The primary role of a practicing or aspiring manager and leader is to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver aims and objectives in line with organisational strategy.
Team Leader/ Supervisor
This qualification is aimed at aspiring managers who will supervise or manage a team to achieve clearly defined outcomes. They will set and monitor goals and objectives by providing instruction, direction and guidance. Day to day operational and project activities are a key part of their role.
